...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the insertion of Tailor Made Condition that, the bidder should be a registered organization in Andhra Pradesh with a minimum three (3) years experience with necessary capability/facilities in supplying non perishables (provisions) and to at least 50percentage Government Hostels/Government Educational Institutions according to the estimation schools of the tender i.e., thirty 30 Hostels/School for each every year i.e., 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 as condition No.B.2 (1) of the Tender Document, dated 20.09.2025 in pursuance of the Tender Notice in RC.GPCMS/NLR/15/2025, dated 19.09.2025 issued by the respondent No.3 having allotted the contract in favour of the petitioners for the academic years mentioned therein for less number of Government Educational Institutions/Hostels as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to the well established legal principles, apart from being violative of the fundamental and the Constitutional rights guaranteed to the petitioners under Article 4, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the condition No.B.2 (1) of the Tender Document, dated 20.09.2025 issued in pursuance of the Tender Notice in RC.GPCMS/NLR/15/2025, dated 19.09.2025 issued by the respondent No.3 and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to
