Heard Smt. Kavitha Gottipati, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ramalingeswara Rao, learned Government Pleader for Services-II for respondents 1 to 3. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, learned Government Pleader for Services-II produced proceedings issued by respondent No.3 vide Rc.No.6092/A2/2014 dated 21.01.2025, dropping the charges framed vide the proceedings impugned, against the petitioner. 4. Given the developments pending the writ petition, since the charge framed against the petitioner is dropped, the cause does not survive in this writ petition. 5. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
