The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to respondent No.2 to allot the alternative site/sites by considering the representations dated - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52441 WP No. 32020 of 2025 31.01.2022, 25.08.2022, 02.09.2022, 03.08.2023 and 03.10.2023 (Annexure-A to A9). 4. It is the case of the petitioner that the sites belonging to him situated in Survey Nos.185/7 and 185/1 situated at Bheemanakuppe Village, Kengeri Hobli adjacent to Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout, were acquired for the purpose of formation of RMP road. It is contended that the respondent Nos.2 and 3 have proposed to allot alternative sites measuring 5000 sq. ft in the layout formed by respondent No.2 as an alternative to monetary compensation. 5. The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite submission of several representations, the respondent- authorities have failed to consider the same, compelling the petitioner to approach this Court. 6. Learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the representations of the petitioner - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:52441 WP No. 32020 of 2025 would be considered in accordance with law, within a time bound manner. 7. Accordingly, this Court pass the following: ORDER i) The writ petition is disposed of. ii) Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's representations dated 31.01.2022, 25.08.2022, 02.09.2022, 03.08.2023 and 03.10.2023 (Annexure-A to A9) and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
