Perused the material on record. The grievance of the Petitioner is that respondent No.5/Police is trying to evict the petitioner and his family members from the administration of the subject temple which is situated in the own land of the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions would submit that basing on the PGRS application submitted by the villagers, police are calling the petitioner to the Police Station and respondent Police never interfered in the affairs of the temple. 4 In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are directed to follow due process of law with regard to the subject matter. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
