This application has been filed for provisional bail to the petitioner for a period of three weeks in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No.203 of 2023, for the offences under Section 376(G) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4, 6 of the POCSO Act. 3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 16.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.9256 of 2024. 4. The allegation against the petitioner is that he committed rape upon the victim who is alleged to be a minor. 5.
