Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the contention of the Petitioner with a direction to the Superintendent of Excise, Jajpur (Opposite Party No.4) to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 17.06.2025 under Annexure-5 series and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition. 3.
