ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following relief:-
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of 3rd respondent in not deciding petitioners appeal No.3 of 2023 pending before the 3rd respondent filed against order dated 17.01.2023 passed by the 4th respondent regarding petitioners joint family agricultural lands as illegal and arbitrary”.
2. The contention of the petitioners mainly is that aggrieved by the orders of the 4th respondent, the petitioners have preferred an appeal before the 3rd respondent and the same was numbered as Appeal No.3 of 2023, but the said appeal has not been disposed of so far. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case, the notice to respondent Nos.5 to 8 is dispensed with and the Writ Petition is
disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the appeal, after fixing some time, by issuing notices to both the petitioners as well as the unofficial respondents and dispose of the same within a period of

two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also stand closed. __________________
