This writ petition is filed seeking a direction not to conduct survey pending disposal of the civil suit in O.S.No.288 of 2019 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nandigama between the parties. 3. The learned counsel for the respondent No.5 produces the judgment copy in O.S.No.288 of 2019 on the file of Principal Civil Judge (Junior Division), Nandigama, dated 05.08.2025, which shows that the suit, in O.S.No.288 of 2019, was dismissed without costs. 4. In view of the said development as no cause survives in this matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of as no further orders are necessary in this matter. The judgment copy in O.S.No.288 of 2019 on the file of Principal Civil Judge (Junior Division), Nandigama, dated 05.08.2025 shall be made as part of the Court record. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
