The present petition was filed seeking quashment of the proceedings initiated pursuant to the notice under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002. 2. During pendency of this petition, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Thereafter, the matter was listed and the report dated 16.05.2025 has been filed by the Mediator, which is a settlement agreement, wherein the parties have agreed to settle their scores on certain terms and conditions contained therein. 3. The parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions subject to which the settlement agreement dated 16.05.2025 has been arrived at.
