NARENDRA PRASAD ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following reliefs: “(i) Issue a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned findings of the enquiry officer bearing No.05/2024 dated 31.12.2024 vide Annexure-S in so far as the petitioner is concerned and also the second show cause notice dated 27.05.2025 vide Annexure-T issued by the first respondent. (ii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to hold a denovo enquiry by placing the relevant 1 to 12 documents at page 5 as mentioned in Special Audit Report dated 23.02.2022 vide Annexure-E.” 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the connected matter filed by a co-employee in W.P.No.21599/2025, this Court on 20.08.2025 disposed of the matter on the basis that the respondent has submitted the relevant documents to the petitioner. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will take copy from the co-employee, who is the petitioner in W.P.No.21599/2025 and he will submit the reply to the show cause notice dated 27.05.2025 vide Annexure-T. Therefore, he prays a further time of two weeks from today to submit the reply. 4. In view of the above, the following order is passed: (i) The petitioner is permitted to file a reply to the show cause notice dated 27.05.2025 vide Annexure-T, within two weeks from today. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:34926 WP No. 25315 of 2025 (ii) If such a reply is submitted, the respondents are directed to consider the same and proceed further, in accordance with law.
