ORAL ORDER
Heard Sri Nataraja Ballal A., learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner. Though the respondent is served remained unrepresented.
2. Civil petition is filed with the following prayer:
“Wherefore, the petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to; a) Transfer the petition in M.C.No.366/2023 pending on the file of the Family Court Davanagere District to the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC., at Tarikere, Chikkamagaluru District.”
3. Respondent is the husband of the petitioner and respondent having filed a divorce petition, which is pending on the file of Family Court, Davanagere District. Said case is now sought to be transferred to Senior Civil Judge and JMFC., Tarikere, Chikkamagaluru District.
4. Petitioner has expressed financial difficulty and also apprehends that she cannot visit Davanagere for effectively participating in the case without the proper assistance.

5. Such an apprehension of the petitioner can be quelled by directing the petitioner to participate in the proceedings through Video Conferencing.
6. If any such application is filed by the petitioner before the Court at Davanagere, learned trial Judge shall permit the petitioner to participate through Video Conferencing.
7. With that observation, following order is passed:
ORDER
Civil Petition is dismissed.
