1. Learned AGA takes notice for respondents No.1 to 3. Notice to respondents No.4 and 5 is not necessary for the following reasons:
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the revision petition filed at the hands of the petitioner before the 1st respondent - Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore Urban District in proceedings bearing No.RA(BNA)/277/2019 has not been considered and
disposed of although 6 years elapsed after the petition was filed. Therefore, necessary direction are sought to the Deputy Commissioner to consider and dispose of the revision petition within a time frame.
3. Having regard to the innocuous prayer made in the petition, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent-Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore, Urban District to consider and dispose of the matter bearing No.RA(BNA)/277/2019 as expeditiously as

possible and at any rate within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
