The present petition has been filed by the petitioners being aggrieved by the order dated 25.09.2018 passed in Criminal Revision No. 03/2018 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kunkuri, Jashpur (C.G.) whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge has remitted the matter passed by learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate Kunkuri, to hear a fresh by providing opportunity in Misc. Criminal Case No. 09/2018. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that he has having no instruction as his client is not responding in the matter. 3. In view of the same, it transpires that the petitioners have lost their interest to pursue this matter due to efflux of time. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed on this ground alone and with liberty to the petitioners to file an appropriate application, if the matter so survives. 5.
