It has been stated that accused-petitioner was directed to be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with sureties of Rs.25,000/-, vide order dated 29.11.2023 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.11051/2023. Thereafter, since petitioner could not arrange the sureties, he moved an application before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No.10, Jaipur Metropolitan I, Jaipur, to release him on furnishing personal bail bond. That application has been dismissed vide order dated 10.01.2025. Hence, the present misc. application has been filed to recall the order dated 29.11.2023 and to modify the conditions to release the petitioner on bail. 2. Counsel for applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to assail the order dated 10.01.2025 by [2025:RJ-JP:42743] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-544/2025] way of filing a fresh Criminal Misc. Petition u/s. 528 of BNSS, 2023 or a Criminal Writ Petition, as deems just and proper. 3. Permission is granted. 4.
