ORDER
09.09.2025
None for the petitioner.
This petition is pending since September 2012, when notice was issued to the respondent to comply with the writ court order. Thereafter, matter was listed on 14.09.2022, when none appeared. Even today, nobody has appeared, which makes it clear that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, otherwise he would have appeared to contest this petition.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that proceedings are required to be closed, as nobody is appearing.
In view of the fact the petitioner has remained unrepresented after 06.09.2012, therefore, it is presumed that his grievance has been redressed and nothing survives for consideration.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
