PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER:- This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S., is filed seeking to enlarge the petitioner/A1 on anticipatory bail in Crime No.182/2024 of Srikalahasti II Town Police Station, Tirupati District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 74, 351(2), 79 read with 3(5) B.N.S. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State. 3. Perused the record. On 19.12.2024 Crime No.182/2024 of Srikalahasti II Town Police Station, Tirupati District was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 74, 351(2), 79 read with 3(5) B.N.S. The petitioner alleged to have committed the offences prior to 19.12.2024. Having heard both sides, it is seen that the offences are punishable with imprisonment of seven years and less than seven years. It is, in these circumstances, investigating Police are directed to comply with Section 35(3) of BNSS scrupulously and all the directions given by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the judgment in Arnesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar and other related rulings. 4. With these observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
