Heard Ms. A. Debbarma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Gautam, learned Senior G.A. appearing for the respondents-State as well as Mr. S. Saha, learned counsel appearing for the concerned respondent(s). [2]
This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:-
“i) Issue rule upon the respondents to show cause as to why writ in the nature of Mandamus and/ or order/orders and/or direction/directions of like nature shall not be issued whereby directing the respondents to release full and final payment of gratuity, leave encashment benefit, regular monthly pension etc. in favour of the petitioner with interest @ 9% per annum, from the date of due till the date of actual payment is made. ii. Make the rules absolute. iii. Call for records.”
[3] Heard and perused the evidence on record.
[4] After perusal of the record, it has been seen that the petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 24.09.2024 addressed to the concerned respondent, ventilating his grievances but till date the same has not been resolved. [5] In view of such circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the concerned-respondent(s) to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the representation dated 24.09.2024 in accordance with law within a period of 03(three) months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the above observation and direction, this present writ petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous application(s), pending if any, shall stand closed.
