Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned FIR dated 13.7.2024, registered as Case Crime No. 0372 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B IPC, P.S. Sihani Gate and District Nagar (Commissionerate Ghaziabad). 3. On being confronted with the maintainability of the present petition at the instance of the petitioner as he is not named in the FIR, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to him in law. 4. Prayer aforesaid is allowed. 5. Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
