ORDER:
The petitioner is aggrieved by the in action on part of the respondent- authorities in processing the petitioner’s application dated 01.09.2025, seeking for grant of permission for construction over his property admeasuring an extent of 99.02 Sq. yards. 2. A direction to the 2nd respondent for grant of permission is sought for in the present Writ Petition. 3. Sri G. Lakshmi Narayana, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3, on written instructions dated 18.12.2025 submits that the grievance of the petitioner was disposed of vide an endorsement dated 03.12.2025 and it is stated that the petitioner has not submitted any application seeking for grant of permission on the online portal. 4. It is also stated in the said endorsement dated 03.12.2025 that the petitioner would have to submit an online application in the web portal along with the required documents and the building permission. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted online application and also submits that the petitioner shall submit an online application as required by the 2nd respondent. 6. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner to submit an application for grant of building permission on the

online web portal. Upon such submission, respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall duly consider the application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
