The petitioner has filed this writ petition on the following relief: 2 “10.1. That the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue the writ of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 to decide the pending application of the petitioner company under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act within a stipulated period at the earliest and in accordance with law; and 10.2 To grant any other relief/order/direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, may also kindly be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for a direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide the application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act dated 23.11.2023 (Anenxure P/4) within a time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the application of the petitioner shall be considered and disposed of as early as possible. 4. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions of the counsels for the respective parties, respondent no. 1 is directed to decide the application dated 23.11.2023 filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act (Anenxure P/4), 3 in accordance with law, rules and regulations within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
