This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of the respondents to take action on the complaint of the petitioners dated 06-07-2023 forthwith under the provisions of SC, ST (POA) Act as arbitrary, illegal and violative of provisions of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to take action on the petitioners representation dated 06- 07-2023 as per the letter dated 24-07-2023 issued by the A.P.State Commission for Scheduled Castes, Vijayawada and pass such other orders…”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and also heard Sri.
V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing the official respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on written instructions would submit that basing on the complaints made by the petitioners preliminary enquiry was conducted by the police. After due enquiry, the allegations made in the complaints are found to be false. 4. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. The petitioners are at liberty to work out their
remedies before the appropriate forum according to the law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
