State Of Rajasthan, Through P.p. 2. Sho, Ps-Neemrana, District Alwar ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Tapendra Sankhla For Respondent(s) : Mr. Rajesh Choudhary, GA-cum-AAG HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MUKESH RAJPUROHIT Order 02/04/2025 On 17.03.2025, this Court passed the following order:- “None present on behalf of the petitioner(s). In the interest of justice, the matter is adjourned. List after two weeks.” Today also even in the second round, neither defect(s) have been removed nor counsel for the petitioner is present in the Court to argue the matter. This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:- “It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that Your Lordships may graciously be pleased to accept this Habeas Corpus Petition and set aside [2025:RJ-JP:14794-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-5/2025] the remand order passed by the learned ACJM, Alwar. To direct the respondent to immediately transfer the petitioner to the District Jail Bhonsdi, Haryana. Any other order or direction may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioner as your Lordships may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” We have gone through the prayer made by the petitioner in the petition. In our considered view, this habeas corpus petition is not maintainable and if at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by learned ACJM, Alwar, she can avail alternative remedy available to her under the law. In that view of the matter, the present habeas corpus petition stands dismissed. All the pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
