This application has been filed for restoration of A.B.A. No. 10966 of 2023 which was dismissed for default by this Hon’ble Court on 10.06.2024 due to non-removal of defects in time. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to his inadvertence, he could not remove the defect in time and prayed to restore this matter to its original file in the interest of justice. 4.
