Learned counsel for the Union of India placed on record the communication dated 02.09.2026 stating that the petitioner can be appointed in a G.D.S. Cadre under one time relaxation to facilitate the engagement as G.D.S. on compassionate grounds to dependents of deceased Departmental employees/GDS whose death occurred during 01.01.2020 to 24.02.2025. 3.
