THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION No.29750 of 2025 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed for non-payment of admitted amount of Rs.22,64,170/- towards 300 days of earned leave as per the proceedings of Respondent No.5 in Rc.No.A1/1478/SE/HO/2023, dated 03.10.2023. 2.
The Petitioner was initially appointed as Assistant Engineer in the year 1983 and after completion of service he had retired on 31.08.2023 on attaining the age of superannuation in the cadre of Superintending Engineer in the Respondent No.5-Corporation. While so, the Petitioner was not paid earned leave of 300 days as on the date of retirement. The Managing Director of Respondent No.5-Corporation addressed a letter on 03.10.2023 directing the District Head Housing, Krishna District to draw and disburse the earned leave and half pay leave encashment to the Petitioner. As the same is not being disbursed, the present writ petition is filed. 3. Sri K.Mallikarjuna Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for A.P. Housing Corporation, on instructions, submits that the amount claimed by the Petitioner is not in dispute. The bills were also uploaded in CFMS portal and the payment would be made shortly. 4. In the light of the submissions made, as there is no dispute about the amount claimed by the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a

direction to the Respondents to disburse the amount within a period of two (2) months from today. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _______________________________ JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY
