Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission of Engineering/ Pharmacy Diploma Holders into Under Graduate Professional Courses through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2006 as amended by G.O.Ms.No. 43, Higher Education (E.C) Department, dated 11-12-2020 for admissions under APECET-2025 in so far as the Petitioner Institution/College is concerned. Sri Rambabu Koppineedi, learned counsel for petitioner submits that cause in the Writ Petition does not survive and the matter has become infructuous. 3.
