Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that by way of this instant petition, Petitioner is challenging the inaction of the Respondent Authorities whereby they have deprived the Petitioner from the Rajya Sikshak Samman Memorial Award despite the Petitioner has been selected by the Respondents itself, due to one fictious complaint made against the Petitioner by a local political 3 leader and vice president of some ocial organization to the Chief Minister. Also, the Petitioner is challenging the recommendation of Committee dated 31/08/2024 and order dated 04/09/2024 (Annexure-P/1) issued by the Office of Respondent No. 01, whereby for the year 2024 the Dr. Gajanan Madhav Muktibodh Memorial Award has been postponed. It is pertinent to mention here that the complaint made against the Petitioner was later withdrawn by the complainants but still the Respondents have not provided the Petitioner with the award of which he was selected by the Respondents for his excellent service and utmost dedication towards the society and education system.
