Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamus, declaring illegal actions of the 4th respondent in the official capacity and 5th respondent in the personal capacity in threatening and harassing the petitioner by interfering in the civil disputes between petitioner and 6th respondent by sending constables to the residential apartment who have illegally arrested the security guards on 05.07.2021 and same is complained to 3rd respondent on 15.07.2021, as illegal, violative of Article 21 of the constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry against the 5th respondent to take appropriate action as law and pass.
IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 4th respondent police not to harass the petitioner by interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and 6th respondent pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: K RATHANGA PANI REDDY Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME The Court made the following order:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature Writ of Mandamus, declaring illegal actions of the 4th respondent in the official capacity and 5th respondent in the personal capacity in threatening and harassing the petitioner by interfering in the civil disputes between petitioner and 6th respondent by sending constables to the residential apartment who have illegally arrested the security guards on 05.07.2021 and same is complained to 3rd respondent on 15.07.2021, as illegal, violative of Article 21 of the constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry against the 5th respondent to take appropriate action as law and pass...…”
2. Heard Sri K.Rathangapani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
4. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute between the parties except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
