The said Crl.M.P., is filed seeking for interim maintenance of Rs.20,000/- per month and the Trial Court granted interim maintenance of Rs.8,000/- per month to the petitioner therein. 2. Aggrieved by the said order, the respondent preferred this revision petition. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor placed copy of e-Courts status relating to F.C.M.C.No.39 of 2016 which shows the disposal of the said Maintenance Case as settled before Lok Adalat on 19.10.2017. 4. In view of the disposal of F.C.M.C.No.39 of 2016, the cause in the present Criminal Revision Case does not survive. 5. In the result, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as cause does not survive.
