Following order was passed in this matter on 20.07.2026:- “Pursuant to the order dated 25.06.2026, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 18.07.2026 from the Executive Engineer, Dharampur Division, HPPWD Dharampur. Sh. Anshuman Soni, Executive Engineer, Dharampur Division, HPPWD Dharampur has attended today’s hearing. On the basis of instructions imparted by him, learned Deputy Advocate General submits that entire amount admissible towards the petitioner that 1 Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 remains to be paid to him shall be paid in his favour within next three working days. Accordingly, list this matter on 24.07.2026.” 3. Pursuant to above, learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 23.07.2026 from the Executive Engineer, Dharampur Division, HPPWD Dharampur, conveying that entire amount admissible to the petitioner has now been released in his favour and no amount remains unpaid in respect of the works as mentioned in the writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner though acknowledges that the amount mentioned in the office instructions has been released to the petitioner, but submits that the petitioner has some surviving grievances in respect of the works mentioned in the writ petition. He, therefore, seeks liberty for the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law for the redressal of his surviving grievances. In view of above, the present writ petition to stand disposed of with liberty as prayed for. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
