This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: “to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare the inaction of the respondents more particularly 1st respondent and their authorities are kept pending the petitioner representations dated 15.11.2024 and 23.08.2025 without passing any order and without paying arrears of salary amount and other service benefits to the petitioner for the period from 13.09.2021 to 23.07.2024 to the petitioners by considering this Honble High Court orders dated 16.12.2024 in W.P. No. 20799 of 2021 is illegal, arbitrary, unjust, violation of Article 14, 16 and 21-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 1st respondent to pay arrears of salary amount and other consequential service benefit for the period of pass an appropriate order regarding the petitioners representation and 13 09.2021 to 23.07.2024 to the petitioners and pass…” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3. 3. As the learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to establish any violation of his rights by virtue of the action of respondent Nos.5 and 6, this Court is of the view that the Writ Petition is not maintainable.
