It is stated that no final action is taken on account of the pendency of the present petition. 3. We make it clear that the pendency of the present petition, in no case and circumstance, would prevent the authority i.e., the Municipal Commissioner and other officers from taking action against respondent Nos.7 2 and 8 more so, when there was no such order passed by this Court prohibiting them from taking any such action. 4. We, therefore, permit the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Kakinada to proceed with the matter and submit a status report of action taken by him. The report be filed in the Registry in six (6) weeks. Needless to say while taking action, due process be adopted as prescribed by law. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition (PIL) is disposed of.
