The instant application has been filed to quash the impugned orders dated 4.3.2025 and 5.11.2024 in Case No. 1736 of 2022, arising out of case crime No. 2354 of 2021, u/s 498A, 323, 504, 506, 420 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Indirapuram, District Ghaziabad. 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned counsel for opposite party No.2 that the applicants have earlier filed Criminal Revision No. 611 of 2025 against the order of framing charges. However, that revision was withdrawn by the revisionists with the liberty to file a fresh revision. Therefore, the present application is not maintainable as the liberty was granted to the applicants to file a fresh revision. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a revision in pursuance of the order dated 19.3.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Revision No. 611 of 2025. 5. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. 6. Office to return the certified copy of the impugned order(s), if any, to the counsel for the applicants.
