In support of his contention, he has placed the latest judgment passed by Division Bench (Lucknow Bench) of this Court in the case of Jitendra Pratap @ Jeetu Vs. State of U.P., (Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/S 438 Cr.P.C. No.144 of 2024) order dated 18.10.2024. 4.
