Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, who appeared in virtual mode and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing for respondent State. Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record written instructions and would submit that a case in crime No.804 of 2024 of respondent No.4 was registered against the mother of the Petitioner basing on the complaint of respondent No.6, during investigation, prima facie case is made out against petitioner herein and charge sheet is filed, and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders.
