For the reasons stated in the petition, the same is allowed. 5. The concerned authorities are directed to pass an appropriate order giving effect to the appellate order dated 10.01.2024 in respect of AY 2017-18 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from date. 6.
