Heard Ms Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the police are not interfering in the matter, since it is a civil in nature. 4. Recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
