VENKATA RAMA RAO KOTA The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more fully one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the Award of the 1st respondent herein in L.C.I.D.No 192/2004 dated 26-06-2009 holding that the termination of the service of the petitioner is justified as illegal, arbitrary, bad in law and excess utilization of its power and consequently direct the respondents to engage petitioner and regularize in service in the due course....” 2 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Y.Sita Ram, learned counsel representing Ms.Deepika Gadde, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. Sri Venkata Rama Rao Kota, learned counsel for the respondents is in attendance. 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
