This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No.12 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act. 3. As per the F.I.R., 5.800 kg of ganja has been recovered from a bus. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2025 and he claims clean antecedent. 5.
