Section 4,6,8 and 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Said crime is registered as Special Case (POCSO) No. 29 of 2025 and is pending before the Court of the Additional Sessions Judge at Barshi. 3. After having heard the matter for some time and this Court having expressed its view of not being inclined to entertain the present application, Mr. Ujwal R.
