Sri Ponnada Sree Vyas, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, admits that, the 1st respondent is working. Further, he contends that, the back wages for the period of three (03) years during which the 1st respondent was out of work has not been paid. 3. In as much as there is compliance of the interim directions of the learned Single Judge, dated 01.11.2022, nothing further would survive in these Contempt Appeals. 4. Accordingly, these Contempt Appeals are closed. However, it would be open to the respondents to agitate the issue of her back wages, in an appropriately constituted proceeding.
