Heard Sri K S Ponnappa, learned counsel appearing for petitioners and Sri Sanath Kumar Shetty, learned counsel appearing for respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for an order of that kind. 4. In that light, I deem it appropriate to dispose the petition directing the concerned Court to dispose the application, I.A.No.1 of 2025 in the subject suit, within an outer limit of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, if not earlier or if not already disposed. 5. In the light of the order of status quo subsisting as on today, the same would continue for a period of 4 weeks, by which time the concerned Court is directed to dispose the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:36308 WP No. 25887 of 2025 application.
