He further contended that the service of the Petitioner has been regularised. Copy of the order dated 05.03.2025 be handed over to the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 3. In view of the aforesaid position, the CONTC is dropped granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court by filing a fresh Writ Petition in the event he feels aggrieved by the order dated 05.03.2025.
