**** HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking issuance of directions to respondent No. 2 to take appropriate action on the representation dated 25.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that petitioner is about 70 years of age and son of the petitioner has been involved in a case bearing FIR No. 104 dated 17.03.2025 registered under Section 21 of NDPS Act at Police Station City Tohana District Fatehabad and respondent No. 3 is unnecessarily calling the petitioner in the police station. However, son of the petitioner has already left the house of the petitioner and the petitioner does not know his whereabouts. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 25.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No. 2 in this regard, but no action has been taken on it so far.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2 AJAY GOSWAMI 2025.04.09 17:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply a copy of complete paper book to learned State counsel today itself. Keeping in view the prayer made by the petitioner and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present petition is
disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the representation dated 25.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner and take appropriate steps in view of the submissions made therein, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
