Upon hearing from the learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of the writ petition finally at this stage directing the Tahasildar, Begunia (Opp. Party No.5) to dispose of the Lease Case No.180/1995-96 pending before him as per law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of communication of this Order complying the principles of natural justice. Page 2 of 2. 4. Registry is directed to communicate this Order to the Tahasildar, Begunia (Opp. Party No.5) in reference to Lease Case No.180/1995-96 immediately. 5.
