2. The present writ petition has been filed against the alleged inaction on the part of the State Information Commission in disposing of Second Appeal No.3981 of 2024, vide Annexure-3, filed under Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act,
2005.
3. Considering the limited nature of grievance and taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the parties, liberty is given to the Petitioner to move an application before the Opposite
Party No.1 for expeditious disposal of the second appeal. If such an application is filed, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
4. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
