GP FOR IRRI AND CAD The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.28206 of 2025 ORDER: This writ petition is filed questioning the notice dated 09.10.2025 issued by the 3rd respondent for removal of large rocks and stones placed in the petitioners land situated in Survey Nos.498-1C, 2C and 499/1, 2, Adivi Village, Bapatla Mandal, Bapatla District, which obstructs the drainage channel and also access to the fishermen and requested to remove the same. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents Nos.1 to 4. 3. In fact, considering the submissions, this Court has passed an interim order on 15.10.2025 directing the authorities not to take any coercive steps against the subject property without giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners herein and pass appropriate orders. 4. In view of the said interim order, nothing survives in this writ petition. 4 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of by confirming the said interim order.
