ORDER:
This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed, by the Petitioner for the following relief:
“ ... to issue writ, order or orders specially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the acts of the Respondents 4 and 5 herein in calling him to police station and making police station and insisting him to withdraw O.S No.137 of 2025 on the file of the IV Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Tirupathi, and hand over the Plot bearing No.47 formed in an extent of Ac.1.90.cts in S.No.215/2 near Agri-Gold, Mangalam Group No.24, Chennayigunta Village Account, Tirupathi Urban Mandal, Tirupathi District, erstwhile Chittoor District, to Respondents 6 to 9 immediately, by interfering in the civil dispute, as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and misuse of powers vested with the office of Respondents 4 and 5 and consequently desist the Respondents 4 and 5 from calling petitioner to the police station and insisting him to withdraw O.S.No.137 of 2025 and hand over the possession of the land stated supra to the Respondents 6 to 9 immediately, by also directing them not to interfere in the civil disputes and pass ...”
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing for respondent State. Perused the material on record.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions would submit that respondent Police never interfered in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and unofficial respondents and did not insist him to withdraw the civil suit and requested to dispose of the Writ Petition by passing appropriate orders.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of.

In that view, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent Police are
directed to follow due process of law with regard to the subject matter. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
