The memo so filed reads as follows: "MEMO FOR WITHDRAWAL The petitioners respectfully submits as follows: The petitioners have filed the above writ petition and sought direction to the trial court to consider IA No. 3 for temporary injunction filed in O.S. No. 5/2024 pending on the file of the III Addl. Senior Civil Judge at Devanahalli. This Hon'ble Court in the above writ petition on 07.03.2024 had granted an Interim Order directing the KIADB/5th respondent not to release the compensation amount in favour of anyone till next date of hearing. One Muniyappa and 2 others have filed the contempt proceedings in CCC NO. 172/2024 alleging that violation of order dated 18.11.2023 passed in WP No. 23687/2023. During the pendency of the contempt petition Sri Muniyappa has received compensation payable in respect of Sy. No. 1 measuring to an extent of 4 acres 10 guntas of situated at Polanahalli Village, Channarayapatna Hobli, Devanahalli Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District. The petitioners and the said Muniyappa have settled the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:33116 WP No. 6639 of 2024 matter outside the court amicably, therefore the petitioners intends not to pursue the above Writ Petition. Wherefore, it is respectfully pray that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to dismiss the writ petition as withdrawal in the interest of Justice and Equity."
