Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Police are interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and un-official respondent. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Writ Petition is filed by making allegations against the respondent No.4, who is the Deputy Superintendent of Police, is no more. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, no cause of action survives in the Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
